Ms. Moon, your thoughts about my comment are duly noted. However, the remark I made concerning "pontificating" off of the actual topic did not label anyone "nuts." Please, re read my statement, and the other comments before it, to keep everything in accurate and contextual alignment. It should then be easier for one to understand why I [unapologetically] said what I said..... I cannot answer to the reason Mr. Allen said what he said.
I grow weary of defensive posturing, when we really would do well to just practice staying on point. I will, however, apologize here... I'm sorry. The writer in me... The teacher in me... both get a bit frustrated, sometimes. By the way (speaking of plagiarism), regarding the quote: "Me thinks the lady doth protest too much"... Is that your original quote, or that of another? Hmm... Never mind.
