The apostle Paul wrote a lot about races and winning the prize. Look at 2 Timothy 4:6-8. Marathon runners have to put in tremendous work before they run a race. As Christians, we too have to work hard for this race and in this journey. We must run this race with endurance, strength, courage and integrity. Our race- with all its trails and pathways of adversity and challenges- will develop our spiritual muscles and we will cross over into a final sweet victory with our Lord- Jesus!!!!! Take encouragement from the words of Paul- “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith”. KEEP RUNNING YOUR RACE!!!
